Language : The official language of the workshop is English.

All abstracts and the full papers, in order to maintain uniformity in presentation and to sustain a reasonable quality have to be presented in the formats enclosed. A template to facilitate the abstract submission is available here for clarity, in developing the abstracts for submission, author guidelines are also enclosed. Both the template and the author guidelines are the same as those used for the VI International workshop held at Thailand during 2011.

The template and the author guidelines for the submission of full papers have also been modeled after the presentations made during the last workshop. These are available here, as template and author guidelines.

Presentation Guidelines

The meeting room is suitably equipped with LCD projector and Windows based PCs with Powerpoint 2010. Presentations with the name of the presenter must be handed over to the personnel in charge at the Auditorium. Presenters involved in the first day of the workshop are requested to report to the PowerPoint collection staff at the workshop venue as soon as possible on arrival.

Keynote papers will be of 30 min duration of which 25 min are for oral presentation and 5 min for discussion. Other oral papers will be of 12 min duration of which 10 min are for oral presentation and 2 min for discussion.

Poster format and layout

A display panel will be allocated to each poster with the designated number of the abstract. All posters will be A0 paper size (0.84 m width by 1.18 m height, portrait format). Kindly see that the posters are legible from a distance of 2 meters and follow a logical layout. Author names and addresses are mandatory. Each poster will have an identification number as indicated in the Book of Abstracts
